Onil Museum of Oil
This museum contains an extensive exhibition of pieces from different periods from the 15th century to present day, related to the traditional production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Onil. It is an interesting place which allows you to understand the culture and philosophy of Olive Oil, one of the cornerstones of these Mediterranean lands. The exhibits come from the old mill in the town and from the private collection of Mr Cesar Vidal Cano, notably awarded in May 2008 with the Silver Medal from the Valencian Department of Culture for his contribution to the traditional production of olive oil.
